nice shoe

I mean ITS a Nice Shoe with a great quality but IT dont Look Like what we can see on the Pictures. Im trying to Return IT because i did Not expect IT to be Green

These shoes are amazing!

The quality of the shoe, the details etc. is literally perfect. I bought these on sale and i dont regret anything about them. The only thing is that on picture the shoe seems fully brown but when it came, it was mix brown with dark green but im still very happy about it because it still looks great.

Worst first expirience with Vicinity

Worst buying experience with Vicinity so far!
Well, I ordered the akimbo lows on sale when they were. I waited a week before they even bothered to ship the shoes. I kind of didn't address that and figured they just have a lot of orders so it takes longer. After a week and a quarter the shoes arrived but damaged, they had a stain on them which I didn't expect with such expensive shoes. I reclaimed the shoes and wrote an email about my request, to which they reply where they apologized and asked me to send the shoes back, that they would do an exchange once the package arrived and that they will send the shoes asap. I finally got an email 3 days after the boots were shipped for exchange, that they refunded my money. So I emailed to see if this was a mistake or why I got something like this, to which I got a reply that there was probably a mistake and to order the boots at full price 😃
I did not receive any money or replaced shoes!
I will definitely not be buying again, as I say.. worst experience and customer service I have experienced so far!
